Not entirely. This is an MLS listing service with a limited scope of assistance. You manage your asking price, photos and showings. Buyer and agent inquiries go directly to you. Dzuy Realty publishes the listing on MLS and fulfills its brokerage responsibilities under the agreement and Texas requirements.

Pay a $50 one-time setup fee plus $99 for each listing month you select, paid upfront. After publication, each additional price/listing edit request costs $15; you can combine several edits in one request. A fixed $499 settlement fee is payable at closing. SI Assistance is an optional, separately priced plan. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, title company charges, taxes and other closing expenses are separate.

There is no fixed buyer-broker fee required for every transaction. You can decide whether to offer assistance with that fee and negotiate with the parties involved. Agreed amounts must be properly documented in the transaction paperwork.

You arrange showings using the agreed process. When Dzuy Realty receives an offer, it will forward it to you for review as required. You decide whether to accept, reject or propose different terms. The service agreement defines the scope of negotiation and transaction assistance.

Generally, you will need to provide property details and photos, verify ownership, sign a listing agreement and complete the related paperwork. Depending on the property, Seller’s Disclosure, HOA or MUD information, or other notices may also be needed. Dzuy Realty will guide you through the applicable requirements while preparing your file.

Dzuy Realty will review your information and paperwork and confirm the processing timeframe. Once your file is complete, meets the requirements and is approved, we will publish the listing on MLS within 24–48 hours. Other home-search websites may need additional time to update.
